This 5/8" V-Flat™ 3-Piece Sublimated RPET Lanyard is built for lightweight wear and fast credential handling, now paired with a J-hook for quick clip-on convenience. The 5/8" width is a practical minimum for comfort. It stays slim for long shifts and large events, yet it avoids the thin cord feel that makes narrower straps unpleasant. This size fits schools, volunteer programs, festivals, and high-volume staff kits where people need to move fast and look organized.

The three-piece layout is designed to reduce friction during daily use. Piece 1 is the safety breakaway at the back of the neck for common compliance needs. Piece 2 is the quick-release buckle at the chest so users can detach the credential without removing the lanyard. Piece 3 is the short connector strap (about 5 cm) that clicks into the buckle and ends with a J-hook. This hook style makes badge swaps quick during check-in, staff reassignment, and multi-session events. It can rotate because it is a separate mechanical piece, but it’s popular because it is fast, simple, and widely compatible with common badge holders.

The V-Flat™ structure keeps the strap flatter and more readable than conventional sewn lanyards that bunch at the focal point. We print on 50D RPET fabric with full-color, double-sided sublimation, so logos stay crisp and gradients stay smooth on both sides.
