Production & Turnaround
How long does production take?
Standard production time for custom lanyards is 1–2 business days after artwork approval for most orders.
For very large orders or special processes, we will confirm the schedule with you before you approve the order.
Can you handle rush orders?
Yes, rush service is available in many cases.
Tell us your event date, quantity, and shipping address. We will confirm if we can meet your deadline and if any rush fee applies.
Where do you produce your lanyards?
We run our own manufacturing in China and a new production setup in California, USA.
This helps us balance speed, cost, and logistics for different regions.
Design & Artwork
For best print quality, we recommend AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF with vector artwork.
We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher) for simple logos.
Yes. Our design team can help with simple layout, color adjustment, and logo placement at no extra charge.
For complex redraws or full branding work, we will quote a design fee before we start.
Can you match my brand color or Pantone?
Yes. We support Pantone color matching for printed logos and lanyard base colors.
Share your Pantone code or brand guide, and we will align the colors as closely as possible within printing tolerances.
