This 5/8" V-Flat™ Lobster Claw lanyard is built for lightweight comfort, clear branding, and compliance-ready wear. The 5/8" width is a practical minimum for comfort in the lanyard market. It stays slim for long shifts and high-volume events, yet it avoids the thin “stringy” feel that makes narrower straps uncomfortable. This size is a strong fit for schools, volunteer teams, festivals, campus programs, and large event staffing where people wear credentials all day.

The V-Flat™ structure helps the ribbon sit flatter on the chest than conventional sewn lanyards. Standard wrap-and-sew ends often create a bulky focal point that makes the strap bend or bunch.
