360 PRINTED SOCKS

Custom printed RPET socks that move like a brand system.

Two sock formats. One 360 printed sock surface. Built for branded event kits, teams, campus programs, staff gifts, and brand activations that need more than another flat logo item.

A sock is not a flat canvas. Artwork has to wrap, repeat, and move.

FORMAT / SIZE LAB

Two sock directions, simpler group planning.

The current custom printed sock program is organized around two general directions: Mid-calf Socks and Calf Socks. Size guidance can be confirmed during quote and mockup review, especially for team, campus, and event programs.

Mid-calf custom printed sock direction
01

Mid-calf Socks

A practical custom sock format for event kits, campus programs, staff gifts, and branded group orders.

Use Theme Editor to adjust this label if the final sales name changes.
Calf custom printed sock direction
02

Calf Socks

A taller custom sock direction for programs that need more visual presence and more vertical artwork space.

Use Theme Editor to adjust this label if the final sales name changes.

S/M/L sizing can be reviewed during quote setup. Do not treat these as active Shopify variants unless product data supports it.

360 ARTWORK SYSTEM

Every zone changes how the artwork is seen.

A 360 printed sock design wraps around a curved, moving surface. Placement matters across the cuff, leg, heel, foot, and toe.

USE CASES

Different programs need different sock energy.

Some socks need to disappear into a uniform kit. Others need to become the loudest piece in the giveaway bag. Start with the program type and choose the visual direction from there.

Custom printed sock material and print behavior Shape / stretch / print placement

MATERIAL / PRINT BEHAVIOR

A sock graphic has to survive shape, stretch, and movement.

Sock artwork is not judged on a flat screen. It needs to work around a curved textile surface, across different zones, and through real wear behavior.

01

RPET-based stretch sock fabric

The custom sock program can be framed around RPET polyester + spandex construction, where stretch and artwork placement both matter.

02

Wraparound artwork review

We review how the graphic moves around the sock surface instead of treating it like one flat logo upload.

03

Pattern scale

Repeat size, logo spacing, and visual rhythm affect how the sock feels once worn.

04

Zone-aware placement

Cuff, leg, heel, foot, and toe areas may need different artwork logic.

05

Mockup before production

A visual mockup helps review the design direction before the order moves forward.

FAQ

Questions before the sock mockup.

What sock formats are available?

The current sock guide uses Mid-calf Socks and Calf Socks as the main buyer directions. Exact size guidance can be confirmed during quote and mockup review.

Are S/M/L sizes available?

S/M/L may be referenced during quote planning, but the current Shopify product should not be treated as having live S/M/L variants unless confirmed in product setup.

Can you turn a logo into a repeat pattern?

Yes. A logo can often become a repeat, stripe, full-wrap graphic, or more restrained uniform-style layout.

Can socks be part of an event kit?

Yes. Custom printed socks can be planned with lanyards, sleeves, bandanas, or other promotional textiles for a more coordinated branded event kit.

What artwork should I send?

Send your logo, brand colors, campaign graphics, reference ideas, and any event or team details.

What affects pricing?

Pricing can depend on quantity, artwork complexity, packaging, production details, and the final product setup.

Can small text or QR codes work on socks?

Small details should be reviewed carefully based on artwork, product format, print surface, and intended use. QR performance should be reviewed before the layout is treated as final.

Can I request a mockup before production?

Yes. A mockup can help review direction, placement, and overall visual feel before production moves forward.
