That angle holds its shape because we fix the ends through a custom injection-molded tip instead of sewing. The material slides into the mold, locks in place, and forms one solid piece. No bulky seams. No thread lines. Just a smooth finish from top to bottom.

A small opening in the molded tip houses the lobster clip. The clip snaps in during assembly and stays locked.
