Seamless Tapered-Cylinder Arm Sleeves (UPF 50+, Full Color Sublimated)

Our Seamless Arm Sleeves stand apart from every conventional sleeve on the market. Most arm sleeves rely on stitched panels that leave a visible seam line running down the arm. Ours follow a true tapered-cylinder shape with no seams at all. The fit feels smooth, even, and consistent from the upper arm to the wrist. This design is patented and unique to our production method.

The process begins with a 360-degree knit that forms a perfect continuous tube. We then cut this tube to the correct arm length. At this stage, the tube is still straight and not tapered. To form the ergonomic shape, we place a trapezoid-shaped metal insert inside each sleeve and pass it through a controlled heat process. The fabric reacts to the heat and resets its structure around the metal form. Once cooled, the sleeve naturally holds a wide-to-narrow profile. The fabric keeps that shape permanently, which gives the sleeve its clean tapered look and a consistent pressure feel across the arm.

The material — 81.9% polyester and 18.1% spandex — stays light, soft, breathable, and quick drying. It moves sweat away from the skin faster than cotton or standard poly blends. When the wind hits, the moisture evaporates quickly and creates a noticeable cooling effect. This helps athletes, cyclists, event staff, and outdoor workers stay comfortable during long hours. The fabric blocks sunlight with UPF 50+ protection, adding more value for outdoor settings.

Because the sleeve is seamless, the surface stays smooth for printing. We use full-color, double-sided sublimation to deliver clear logos, gradients, and creative patterns without distortion.
