Instead of sewing the ribbon ends into stiff plastic tabs, we guide the RPET strap into a custom mold. The material locks into place and forms one smooth piece with no exposed threads. Each molded end has a fixed opening where the lobster clip snaps in and stays secure. Once inserted, it cannot detach. This creates a tight and polished look on both sides and gives the entire lanyard a higher-grade feel.

Our RPET fabric uses 50D yarn, so colors stay crisp and artwork holds its shape. Fine lines, small text, and gradient-heavy graphics look clean under bright event lighting or indoor office environments.
