Most badge-reel lanyards look bulky because the ribbon connects through several layers of stitching. Ours avoids that. The RPET ribbon meets at a precise V angle, locks into place through our stitchless molding method, and stays flat on the chest. No slack. No bunching. No twisting at the point of connection.

At the neck, a safety breakaway sits in the standard location for schools, hospitals, warehouses, and busy workplaces. The breakaway uses our molded approach, not the wrap-and-sew method seen on common lanyards. It keeps the shape consistent and keeps the visual line clean across the entire strap.

Below that, the retractable Badge Reel™ sits at the center. It gives the user easier access to doors, scanners, time-clock pads, and office equipment. The reel extends smoothly and returns without tugging the lanyard out of position. Staff members who scan IDs many times a day prefer this layout because the badge moves while the lanyard stays still. Event teams like it because it reduces clutter at registration areas.
