Why 1.5 Inches Matters
Most lanyards max out at 5/8", 3/4", or 1".
They all look the same. They all feel the same. And they all carry the same sewing line sitting awkwardly under the clip.
We never understood why the industry stopped there.
So we built an industry-first: a wide 1.5-inch lanyard that measures roughly 35.4 inches in full length.

The Secret Weapon: Our Patented V-Flat Seamless Construction
Traditional lanyards wrap the ribbon around a metal or plastic clip, then sew a sewing line right under the attachment. It pinches the fabric, flips the strap, and creates a visual scar on the design. It also blocks any attempt to build a wider lanyard.
We didn’t accept that.
We engineered two patented solutions to achieve our signature V-Flat shape:

Both remove the sewing line.
Both keep the strap perfectly flat.
Both unlock the 1.5-inch width that other manufacturers can’t reach.
